With the sole intention to serve the catholic and the Christian community of NSBM, the club was created and actively operating. Events were organized to enhance the unity and the love among the students and to cultivate faith towards god.
2018 July – Don Bosco Visit to NSBM
"Series of Lectures to Seminarians and faculty members of Don Bosco Chinthanaloka Institute of Philosophy"
During the visit of Seminarians and faculty members of Don Bosco Chinthanaloka Institute of Philosophy they were participated for a series of lectures to get knowledge on green architecture, technology, academic practices, business and computing. The Lecture Series was conducted by the Senior Academics of NSBM Green University.
The participants were welcomed to the university and firstly addressed with an introductory session about NSBM Green University by the Deputy Vice Chancellor Mr. Chaminda Rathnayake.
Mr.Baratha Dodankotuwa, Head Academic Development and Quality Assurance shared his knowledge on Quality assurance practices and Academic development practices with the participants. Further on their request Mr. Lahiru Gunasekara, Academic Head of School of Business, Dr. Rasika Ranaweera, Dean School of Computing, Dr Chandana Perera, Academic Head of School of Engineering discussed about the Academic practices in School of Business, School of Computing and School of Engineering respectively. Adding value to this session they were shared with the knowledge on student activities by the head of student activities Mr. Mohammed Shafraz.
Further, the participants were addressed by the Head of Marketing, Mr Chiranjeewa Atapattu and shared his knowledge on Administration practices and functions of at NSBM Green University. The lecture series was concluded by the Mr. Sulakshana De Alwis and Ms Anne Pathiranage, MICs of Catholic Society of NSBM.

2018 June - His Excellency Archbishop Pierre Nguyen Van Tot Apostolic Nuncio’s Visit to NSBM
His Excellency Archbishop Pierre Nguyen Van Tot Apostolic Nuncio (Ambassador of the Vatican) visited NSBM Green University on 21st June 2018. Apostolic Nuncio is the official representative Pope Francis in Sri Lanka. In fact, it was an important day for Catholic and Christian student community of the university as this is the first such visit by a distinguished member of Catholic Church hierarchy. The Deputy Vice Chancellor Mr. Chaminda Rathnayake, Senior Manager Mr. Raja Premadasa, academic and nonacademic staff members of NSBM warmly received the Rev. Van Tot and the catholic dignitaries to the NSBM Green University Town. Rev. Van Tot also celebrated a holy mass with Catholic and Christian Students of the NSBM Green University town. Students also visited NSBM to witness this momentous day at the NSBM Green University Town. Archbishop Van Tot was highly impressed about the NSBM university and its operations. He expressed his sincere blessings for the future success of the organization. Students of Catholic and Christian Students Society of NSBM organized the event under the guidance of Vice Chancellor of NSBM Dr. E. A Weerasinghe and academic staff.
2019 March – Ash Wednesday Mass
Lent is a season of reflection and preparation before the celebrations of Easter. By observing the 40 days of Lent, Christians replicate Jesus Christ's sacrifice and withdrawal into the desert for 40 days. As the symbol of commemorating the lent season, the Catholic and Christian society of the NSBM has organized the ASH WEDNESDAY holy mass on 6th March 2018, 10.00 a.m at NSBM Student Center. The Holy Mass was conducted by Rev. Fr. Jude Nicholas of St. Mary’s Church, Maharagama
2018 October – Freshers Welcome
An overwhelming event happened at NSBM Green University where the Catholic and Christian community organized a welcoming event for the 18.2 freshers in parallel to the orientation. The event was conducted by Rev.Fr. Kalana Peiris giving advice and motivating the freshers for their new academic life. Around 100 freshers participated for this remarkable event

Month may is the month of Mother Mary. The first ever May Novena for Mother Mary Organised by Catholic and Christian Society of NSBM held at NSBM university premises today followed by a Holy Mass, conducted by Rev. Fr. Nation, the in charge of Hanwella retreat house.
