INCEPTION is a webinar series organized by AIESEC in NSBM to engage with the youth and give them a platform to understand themselves and the world around them by exploring new topics that haven’t been addressed before to overcome psychological barriers faced by youth in finding their purpose.

As its third initiative INCEPTION 3.0, was held on the 08th of December 2022, at NSBM, under the theme “Outvie your brilliance”.

This event was graced by two inspirational personalities who are believed to positively influence the youth of today, namely Mr. Santhush Weeraman and Ms. Stephanie Siriwardhana. The sessions conducted by these inspirational youth icons shared insights into outdoing their outstanding selves during rough and tough times.

Furthermore, this event was glamoured by the presence of Prof.Baratha Dodankotuwa – Head of Quality Assurance, the academic members, and the undergraduates of NSBM Green University.
