The Industrial Management Circle of NSBM Green University organized a CV Preparation Workshop on 24th February 2023, as part of the two-year anniversary celebrations of the Department of Operations and Logistics.
With the massive jump in competition and the volatile nature of the job market in Sri Lanka, we realized the need to further groom our undergraduates, especially those who are following UGC degree programs, in a way that would give them a competitive edge. Helping our undergraduates articulate their skills and knowledge to create an effective CV that complements their aspirations would enable them to take the first step in potentially securing employment.
The workshop was conducted by Mr. Indika Ranathunga – Lead Facilitator, Master Trainer, and HR Practitioner, currently working as General Manager of People and Culture at Norlanka Manufacturing Ltd.
The session was hosted by the Industrial Management Circle of NSBM Green University under the guidance of Ms. Thilini De Silva, Dean of the Faculty of Business, and Ms. Rekha Kulasekara, MIC of the Industrial Management Circle.
